Absolutely brilliant. We were made to feel so welcome and they let us spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our beautiful girl Lady. This is the 2nd furbaby we have lost. Milo, our gorgeous boy passed in September 2022, and we knew when the time came we would be asking them to take care of Lady. Such empathy and professionalism. Definitely will be using their services when the time comes. Hopefully will be a while yet as we are still thinking about getting another puppy. Thankyou so much for giving both our pets a wonderful, caring send off to the rainbow Bridge 🌈
