From the first contact Pets At Peace we’re both professional and kind in the service they provided for me and my cat who had passed away, they came out to my home to pick him up and returned him to me the following day along with momentous of his life.

The crematorium was peaceful and serene.

There was a gallery of beautiful photos of every animal that had come into their care. All of them had been someone’s beloved pet, and Stephen and Jeanne knew the story behind each and everyone of them.

Pets at Peace helped us when we unexpectedly had to say goodbye to our much loved dog. They were incredibly sympathetic when we brought him in, waited for us to arrive long after opening hours, took the time to allow us to say goodbye to him and were there with a box of tissues when we came to collect his ashes. They run a lovely service. Can’t recommend them highly enough❤️

Over the past four years we’ve entrusted Jeanne and Stephen with four of our furry Family Members. First there was Robbie ( Border Terrier ) Timmy , Rusty and Smokey all Cats. Jeanne and Stephen are genuine, kind, caring, compassionate and accommodating.

I hadn’t thought much about what would happen or how a pet cremation works…..I suggest you don’t rush it, just go with the flow: it’s an awful time when you lose a best friend, pets at Peace will ease your grief.

Their setup is truly delightful, be prepared to give them the time to let them show you.

I had Pets at Peace recommended to him when I was informing a colleague about my pet’s cancer diagnosis.
I contacted them and arranged a visit to discuss the process and any other questions. I also took Leyla with me, as I thought it would be nice for them to see her personality. They said they wished other pet owners did the same and I spent over an hour there chatting with them and why they started the business.
Unfortunately the day I needed to contact them came quicker than I expected. They were understanding and empathetic throughout. I can’t recommend them enough.

We recently lost our beloved Cockerpoo ‘Flyn’. For 13.5 years Flyn was my Velcro fur baby and he is greatly missed every day.
We used Pets at Peace and cannot thank Stephen and Jeanne enough for their kindness and empathy. When Stephen came for Flyn, he took the time to ask questions about Flyn and his personality.
We collected Flyn’s ashes a couple of days later and Stephen and Jeanne told us their story and why they started the business showing real passion and we could tell they understood how we were feeling.They showed us the walls from floor to ceiling of photo’s of the precious pets they have cremated. They had some stories to tell about many of the pets which was lovely. Nothing was rushed. It was an emotional time but we left full of happy tears and it’s all thanks to Stephen and Jeanne.The animals are treat with dignity and respect. We were given some lovely keepsakes in memory of Flyn🐾🐶

Stephen and Jeanne were so lovely. I rang up and they gor me an appointment the same day. They went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as could be. And were so compassionate. I disnt want to leave my Bruno, so they got everything done so I could take him home the same day. Would definitely use their services again. Wish I had knew about them sooner.
