What started as a sad day after my cat ginger was put to sleep was made a bit easier when I contacted pets at peace , I didn’t know what to expect and was overwhelmed with the care and compassion shown by the owners , they treat every animal as if it was their own . Jeanne makes beautiful little memorials & keepsakes and the gallery of pets is such a moving tribute as each of those pets had their own personalitys. Ginger is now back home where he belongs thanks to Jeanne & Stephen❤

Stephen and Jeanne at Pets at Peace are absolutely wonderful. In what has been a difficult 24 hours for us after the loss of our Casper; the care, compassion and kindness shown to us will never be forgotten. We have our boy home within 24 hours along with some treasured keepsakes. Caspers paw print was placed on their wall next to an ‘Ellie’ but didn’t realise ‘Bailey’ was the other side, someone else’s Bailey but a lovely unintentional touch. His photo was placed in their hall of remembrance and we laughed and loved him being placed next to the sheep – Casper loved seeing sheep in the fields on our walks and his pic will forever be watching them. There can be no better way to say goodbye to your pet than at pets at peace. Jeanne and Stephen were so warm and caring, the memorial tree was amazing, and the farewell room was a truly wonderful place to see your pet for the last time. Thankyou so much. Wonderful.

We sadly lost our beloved long haired chihuahua Bobbie on Saturday 25th April, pets at peace was recommended to us by a friend and I’m so pleased she told us about them as they were so kind and really understood what we were going through and Bobbie was treated with the love and respect he deserved . They have a farewell room with a bed with a silk cloth over it and they lit candles around it, two seats to sit with him and say our final goodbyes. We picked out a casket from their selection of different caskets. when we returned for his ashes, we got the casket that we picked with his ashes in, his pawprints in a frame with two spare copies, a slate heart with a lovely quote on with his paw print on the bottom, a tiny jar with some of his hair in, a sympathy card, a cremation certificate, some scatter seeds. we got a paw print to put on a tree they had with all the dogs and pets they had cremated. They had a dog wall as well with pictures of the dogs who they have cremated so we got Bobbie put on there as well.
We also ordered some jewellery with his ashes inside.
We couldn’t of asked for a better send off for our beloved dog as he made his way over the rainbow bridge.

Pets at Peace made the unexpected passing of our beloved Mr Chou more bearable. Their compassion and empathy in the way they treat our beloved pets after they have passed is heartfelt.

he care they gave Toby was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble for them, really put me and hubby at ease, explained everything to us, can’t thank them enough for all they did for Toby and us, Thank you so much for everything xx
