can’t even thank Jeanne and Stephen enough for everything they did for me when my partner lost his 13 year old miniature jack Russell Kai. They went above and beyond to help me in every way they could and even opened up out of hours. Really the loveliest couple and had the most amazing hospitality.
They made a horrible time that little bit easier and did not rush me in and out, they spent a good few hours talking to me about what would happen and just generally looking after me. Stephen took Kai and laid him to rest, where I was able to say my final goodbyes. And all the finishing touches and remembrance gifts we were given were so thoughtful.
We really can not thankyouse both enough, and now have Kai back home with us where he belongs.

We can not thank you enough yesterday. Our beautiful Rockie at just 3 years had to be put to sleep yesterday morning after finding out just three short months ago he had cancer. After trying chemotherapy and various medication, his lumps came back
Jeanne and Steve, we can not thank you enough for you warm welcome and totally understanding how we felt. When we arrived Steve took over and placed our Rockie beautifully gave us time ro say our goodbyes and we can not thank you enough
. He is now home where he belongs.

Yesterday some of our little team visited Pets at Peace in Whitehaven. If you’ve never heard of them, they’re a pet crematorium. They have a special private room where you can visit your lost loved one and say goodbye ❤️ Just a wee shout out and a massive thank you to them for being so kind and compassionate when we lost one of our kitties recently ❤️
Pets At Peace guarantee to individually cremate each pet and have their ashes ready for collection usually within 2 days, though our Tallulah’s ashes were ready the very next day. Thank you for going above and beyond for the pets of West Cumbria ❤️

Big shout for a local business, Pets at Peace on Low Road (old zest restaurant). sadly on Monday we had to put our 15 year old dog to sleep. We took him straight from the vets to Pets at Peace. We couldn’t have been treated more kindly and sympathetically by such lovely people. We received a lovely little box with the ashes and a nice candle with our dogs name on. All in one day at reasonable cost. Grateful thanks to Steven and Jeanne for their kindness.

The best of goodbyes
Last week we had to put our beloved 2 year old pup to sleep after she was diagnosed with a rare illness. She meant the world to us and we wanted to give her the best send off so we got in touch with Pets at Peace. I couldn’t have been more happier with the service; they were kind, considerate and professional and made one of our hardest days more manageable. We couldn’t have wished for a better goodbye and we have lots of small gifts to remember our dog forever. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough for anyone that wants a truly dignified farewell for their pet.
