Jean & Steve were excellent. I had never given pet cremation much thought but when our beloved dogs’ day unexpectedly came, Jean & Steve sprang into action for us and guided us through this unfamiliar process. We were updated every step of what happened to our precious boy. He is now back home with us, waiting to be scattered in one of his favourite dog walking areas.
