As a friend to the Dow family who saw the heartbreak at their loss of Rusty I just wanted to say thank you so much for the care given to both Rusty and them all.
Losing a pet is hard enough but losing one whilst on holiday just adds to the upheaval. The fact you were able to offer this wonderful service and for them comfort was such a relief for all who know them and loved Rusty too.
I will be recommending you to those pet owners locally without hesitation.
