We would like to thank Jeanne and Steve for all their help, compassion and sympathy on Saturday when we had to have our fantastic special Billy put to sleep. One of the hardest things we have ever had to do was made a little easier by these lovely people. Billy was laid in a lovely peaceful room with his dolly and tennis ball. We also got him back the same day as he didn’t like being away from home. He was only out of our care for five hours. So thank you again Jeanne and Steve.

They close at 5pm but more than happy to let us say good buy to our 9year old Rabbit until 7ish and made us a hot drink.

I can’t thank Jean and her husband more than enough for what they have done for our beautiful boy. Our little boy very unexepctedly took poorly and then had to be put to sleep late at night over the weekend. At the off chance someone may be available so late to give tiger some rest and the send off he truly deserves, and Jean was. She waited for us to travel back with him from the vets, then made us comfortable and our tiger comfortable too. The whole atmosphere was relaxing and calming and Jean was supportive and helpful throughout. We even spent time with him in the resting room were Jean had made him look like a pure angel. Despite been very late we never was rushed. He was ready to come home the next night, and we not only got our tiger home but we also got some beautiful keepsakes with him too. These little final touches were perfect, thoughtful and so compassionate. And although this weekend was very very difficult, at least pets at peace gave tiger the send off he truly deserved.
