Thank you so much for the kindness and dignity you showed Kiki. To us she wasn’t our pet but a massive part of our family for 11.7 years. I’m so glad there was somewhere on my door step that could provide a service like you did. I came for an individual cremation and peace of mind I would be taking MY dog home but you provided so much more. The paw prints, candle, fur and forget me not seeds were a lovely touch. I love the remembrance tree that each animal has a place on and the whole place has a warm calming feel. This was definitely the best way to say goodbye. Thank you. x
