Absolutely five star service, making losing my little girl Misty, no less painful, but reassuring, dignified, friendly, fast and professional.
There is a ‘farewell room’ which we chose not to use, but is comfortable and peaceful so you can say goodbye in your own time if you wish. After cremation, your pets photo and their name in a paw print is placed on the walls of memory.
The personal touches were perfect, a personalised certificate and candle and her paw prints in a frame, as well as a packet of forget me not seeds and a lovely card, came along with her ashes, which we could have picked up the same day if we’d wanted to, and we also said no to a fur clipping, but I imagine it must bring a lot of comfort to some people. I would recommend Jeanne and Steve without hesitation when the time comes for you to say goodbye to your much loved pets.
