Above and beyond….eternally grateful
I will be eternally grateful to this Company for the love and respect that they showed my family – and the help they gave us in celebrating and remembering Bellas life!
Bella died unexpectedly on 27th December… I met this lovely family, Steve and Jeanne a few hours later — nothing was too much trouble and I was in no doubt that I had made the right choice. We were given time to say our final farewells in a beautiful setting, and knowing that I was leaving Bella in the capable loving hands of this family, I was honestly filled with comfort – as soon as you walk in, there is just a feeling of pure love!
Just alittle over 24 hours later Bella is now home – the beautiful urn we chose with added extras that just prove this company go above and beyond – a jar of hair clippings, framed paw prints, packet of forget-me-not seeds to plant, certificate of individual cremation, handmade personalised candle and a sympathy card!
Bellas name now hangs on the Rememberance Tree in their reception area (which is made up of pawprints, not leaves) and her picture on their Memory Wall, along with the other beloved pets who have passed over the rainbow bridge.
Thank you for taking such good care of by baby girl on her final journey
I would give this company all the stars in the world for the service, love and respect that they showed my beloved girl Bella.
It gave me huge comfort to know that I left Bella in their capable hands – I’m glad I chose them to help me celebrate and remember Bella’s life ❤️
