My fur baby GSD
of 12 years and 7 months was taken away from me so unexpected today due to a short illness and being gutted is an understatement.
I rang Pets at Peace, nothing was a problem, I took my fur baby Sasha straight down directly from the vets and Jeanne was so so understanding and so professional making us feel so at ease. There was no pressure on time and we discussed lots of topics which helped so much with my grief and crying .
When we went into the chapel of rest to visit Sasha it was so beautiful and peaceful in the surroundings where she lay so so peacefully laid out , I burst out again in tears
Again they was no time scale on how long We could stay to say goodbye to her.
Later in the day I had a phone call from Jeanne to come and collect Sasha’s ashes and I was not only given her urn ⚱️ but my dogs paw prints, a cutting of her hair and a candle with her name on and a beautiful written sympathy card.
I will treasure these for the rest of my life
