I woke up to find my Billy had passed away in his sleep my heartbreaking day was made much easier, with the help of this wonderful lady Jean she was amazing , nothing was to much trouble, even after she had been on her feet all day, she phone to tell me at 7pm to say billy,s ashes was ready, , I spend over a hour talking to her I felt so calm inside pets at peace is a wonderful place. I received sentimental gifts which I will treasure forever. Thank you Jean & Steven for your care and compassion to my Billy xxx
