A 5 star service provided with love, care and understanding. Jeanne and Stephen were so supportive and nothing was too much trouble when we lost our much loved border terrier Gus. The room where we said our last goodbye to Gus was so peaceful and beautiful and we weren’t rushed at all. So many personal touches, pawprints, card, personalised beautiful plaque, photo wall and memorial. An amazing service provided by 2 very special people. Thank you Cathy and Richard
