We lost Gini on January 19th, it happened all in one day with no warning. Jeanne was brilliant in helping collect Gini from our home in a way which allowed her the utmost respect and peace and gave us comfort knowing she would be looked after in death as she was in life. We went down the day after to choose an urn but Steven was brilliant preparing Gini for us to say goodbye to one more time, I was pleased I did this after being a bit reticent. Collection and presentation of Ginis ashes was tasteful, with extra keepsakes we hadn’t expected. Nav and I thank you both. Sorry it’s taken so long to review. Ian
